BIOGRAPHY...
From The Ground Up Entertainment began as a vision in the minds of two hip hop artists that joined forces to accomplish something better with there music careers. The duo comprised of Smit-Deuce from B-Town East Productions & young, up and coming artist/producer TNB began working together in 2010 with the release of there first collaberation track titled Kush which quickly became a crowd favorite, from this point on the two continued to work on new music with the drive and determination to dominate in the hip hop scene. After working together and completing many successful projects they decided that they wanted something more and decided to begin there own recording label. From The Ground Up Entertainment became a reality on March 27th, 2012 and has been flourishing ever since. 2012 was a good year for FTGU with the release of 2 mixtapes and numerous performances as well. From The Ground Up Entertainment success thus far has paved the way to the beginning of 2013 and yet another great year to come. In February of 2013 SMIT-DEUCE took over full control of FTGU with former artist and good friend TNB heading out on his own to persue his career in Production and beatmaking. 2013 is proving to be a good year thus far with the addition of many new members to the FTGU team.
